I am the founder of Health Geeks and Health Geeks Radio and creator and host for The Real Food & Fitness Masterclass. My number one goal when starting Health Geeks was to make a positive impact on the health and lives of 3 million people and make people better. This summit is just one step closer to achieving this goal.
In my day job, for the last 7 years, I am a chiropractor and Integrative Diagnosis provider at my private practice in Aurora, IL specializing in soft tissue sports injuries and learning as much as I can and teaming up with the best of the best in functional medicine, nutrition, fitness, and mindset.
In my spare time, I am working out at my local Crossfit gym, running, playing with my 3 dogs Onyx, Bella, and Lolo and traveling and carrying out as many adventures as I can with my wife.
